Elev8 Lacrosse Residency

Over the past two weeks, our students had the exciting opportunity to learn from Elev8 Lacrosse during an in-school residency program! Through fun, hands-on sessions, students were introduced to the skills, strategies about lacrosse — Canada’s national summer sport. The Elev8 instructors brought incredible energy and expertise, helping students of all ages gain confidence and appreciation for this fast-paced, team-oriented game. A big thank you to Elev8 Lacrosse for inspiring our learners and sharing such a proud part of Canadian heritage!

Grade 9 Farewell

Grade 9 students are getting excited to celebrate their year end! A stage crossing will happen at 1pm on June 25, at Sherwood School and grade 9 students can invite their families and guests! They will have a dinner and dance for grade 9 students only at Heritage Park that night! 

ConnectEd

ConnectED Parents is a free, research-backed initiative that helps parents guide children aged 6–20 toward healthy, respectful relationships. It’s delivered entirely through text messages, putting hundreds of healthy relationship resources in the hands of parents.

We have included an easy-to-forward email template below and would really appreciate it if you were willing to share with the parents in your school community!  We have also made posts on LinkedIn and Instagram to make it easy for you to share those too.
