Families are now able to register for school bus service for the 2024-2025 school year. Service levels and proposed fees will remain the same as the current school year.

Registration is available using your MyCBE account. (If you do not already have an account, learn how to create one.)

Pride

Celebrate Diversity at Sherwood Community School!

June is Pride Month, and at Sherwood Community School, we embrace diversity through engaging learning activities. Our focus is on fostering positive relationships, respect, and understanding while working to reduce discrimination.

Throughout the year, we have had the privilege of witnessing the leadership of both our dedicated staff and students in celebrating various events such as Culture Day, Red Dress Day, Black History Month, Orange Shirt Day, Terry Fox, and many more.

This month, our school may highlight the importance of the pursuit of equality and rights for 2SLGBTQ+ individuals through school announcements or vibrant posters displayed around the premises. We understand that each family and community has unique experiences, recognizing and celebrating different events.

It is important to note that classroom-based activities and lessons that promote diversity and inclusion and safe and caring schools are integral to our educational approach are not subject to exemptions under the Education Act.

Thank you for being part of our inclusive community at Sherwood Community School!
